REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Arte de JAM, every item is custom-printed on demand specifically for you upon ordering. Because each product is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection.

Please review the size chart available on each product page carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items ⚠️

We prioritize print quality and product integrity. If your order arrives damaged, defective, with a printing error, or if you received the wrong size/item due to a fulfillment error, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at zero additional cost to you.

To process a claim for a defective or damaged item:

  1. Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your package at artedejam@gmail.com.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the specific issue or damage alongside a full view of the garment.

  3. Once verified, we will initiate a replacement order or issue a refund to your original payment method. You are not required to mail defective items back to us.

Packages Lost in Transit 📦

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at artedejam@gmail.com. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit, a replacement will be dispatched at no extra charge.

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Deliveries

  • Address Errors: If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided during checkout, the package will be returned to our fulfillment center in North America. The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs once a valid address is provided.

  • Unclaimed Packages: Shipments returned to our fulfillment facility because they were unclaimed by the recipient will require the customer to cover the reshipment fees.

Exemptions & Digital Items

  • Digital files, software downloads, and gift cards are strictly non-refundable.
